Introductory Blog Post

For my first blog, I figured I’d keep it simple. People are constantly looking for that one thing that they can do to feel better and be healthier. It’s a deep question and has many potential answers depending on each patient’s issues. As a general rule, a great answer is “move more and in different ways.” The less you move in your day to day life, the less you’ll be able to move in the future. Try to move all the parts of your body in different directions and at different speeds. That may come from starting up with a new sport or hobby, or simply chasing the grand-kids around the yard. There are very few health issues that can’t be helped by movement and exercise. When it comes to the fitness and mobility that we are born with, it’s either use it or lose it. This is the way. I have spoken.
