Vacation, omicron and more….

It’s been a while since I added to the blog section of the site but as I have some time off at the end of 2021, I thought I’d update everyone. It’s been a long year and a half since I last blogged and I’m happy to say that I don’t know of any cases of Covid that were acquired here at the office so our protocols are working. I’d like to personally thank all of my patients that took the time to call when they weren’t feeling well rather than come in and possibly spread the virus to others.

N95 masks are now recommended for prolonged exposures to the public so please consider that when you go out and about. Omicron is much more contagious as anyone on the East End can tell you. It has been burning through the area for the last 2 weeks.

I’m going to continue to ask everyone to text from your car when you arrive. With the colder winter temps, it’s best to sit tight in your vehicle until I can get you in the office easily while minimizing contact with other patients. If you don’t text, please just knock on the door and I’ll let you know if it is clear to enter. Thanks for your continued patience during the pandemic. It is greatly appreciated. As always, I will keep a prompt schedule. Barring extreme circumstances, if you’re on time, I’ll be on time.

I’m currently on a bit of a break and will be back in the office on January 3rd. Have a great new year! Stay safe and stay healthy! Here’s to a better 2022!
